A Look at Time wants you to be at ease during your most important events.

Your photographer is interested in helping plan and arrange for a successful photographic session.

  • Advanced Planning – Reduce stress and anxiety of all parties involved when you and the photographer know what to expect.
  • Outline The Expectations – When the details are outlined for the session all involved are at ease and the session will flow from start to finish.
  • Develop a Relationship – By planning and setting expectations you will spend time with the photographer and learn how he or she works and they in turn see what you are expecting of them. This will give you time to view his or her work and style.  Make sure his or her style is in line with your expectations.  Look for professionalism and the ability to build rapport with the photographer.
  • Get Technical– Ask if the photographer has backup camera equipment and another photographer for the photography session due to unforeseen problems.
  • Ask about additional services – Ask what options you have for prints, framing, and presentation of images. Ask how long processing and printing will take.  Ask if the photographer can provide Web views of the prints to family, friends, and co-workers.
  • Get a contract – Get a reasonable written agreement that establishes the detail information of the event. (Dates, times, deposits, wardrobe changes, makeup, equipment, package cost, extra cost incurred, deposits, etc.)

Have fun and enjoy your photographic experience.  Select locations that you love and enjoy. Create an event for you, your family, or co-workers that will be remembered.  If you have a question please contact Kevin at (704)439-6333 for an appointment.
